Mission at St Elizabeth of Portugal Church, Richmond
The Sisters will be animating a day of retreat starting with Mass at 10am followed by a Holy hour from 10.30am - 11.30am, a talk on prayer at 11.30am, lunch at 12.30pm, and a time of lectio Divina from 2.45pm - 4pm.
You are welcome to join for any part of the day, there is no obligation to stay for the whole program. Please bring a packed lunch if you want to stay for lunch, and a Bible if you want to come for the time of lectio.
There will also be an opportunity to buy the Sister’s hand made crafts during the day and after the Weekend Masses.
Prayer Vigil at Ilfracombe
We will be animating a Eucharistic Prayer vigil at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church in Ilfracombe on the 31st March at 6pm, do come along and join us for a time of prayer and reflection on the mystery of God’s mercy.
Mission at English Martyrs R C Church, Reading
The Sisters will be visiting English Martyrs RC Church in Reading for a weekend mission of prayer, adoration, and lectio divina. There will be the opportunity to join us singing the monastic offices, and to participate in the way of the cross. On saturday evening at 8.15pm there will be a Eucharistic prayer vigil, an occasion to spend time with Jesus, living of his love and mercy.

Do come and join us in adoration at the beginning of Lent to pray especially for peace in the Ukraine and to entrust this lenten pilgrimage to Jesus so that it bears much fruit of conversion and fervour in our lives.
There will also be an opportunity to buy the hand made crafts of the sisters after the sunday Masses; rosaries, religious images, CDs of the monastic liturgy, candles, soap, jams, biscuits, cakes, and more !
Craft Sale
We will be selling our hand made crafts at the Lantern, Ilfracombe on Saturday 11th December, plenty of ideas for Christmas gifts, cards, jams, cakes, biscuits, CD of our singing, rosaries, soap and much more! Do come along and support us!
Blessing of the Icon of St Joseph
An Icon of St Joseph has been written for the Cathedral at Plymouth by one of our Sisters, and it will be blessed by Bishop Mark at a ceremony to mark the closing of the year of St Joseph this Wednesday, 8th December at 4.30pm at Plymouth Cathedral. Please do come and join us for this joyful celebration.
Prayer Vigil for the Immaculate Conception
Come and join us at st Mary’s RC Church, Barnstaple for an evening of prayer, music and reflection in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament. Refreshments will be provided in the hall afterwards.
ALL SOULS DAY blessing of the graves
Please join us for the blessing of the graves on ALL SOULS DAY, we will process from the Church at 2pm to the cemetery where there will be a short liturgy, we will return to the Church for the Mass at 3pm
Prayer Vigil for All Saints
We would like to invite you to join us for a Eucharistic prayer vigil in honour of all the Saints, a time to listen to the word of God, and his call to each of us to be holy.
St John Paul II prayer vigil
We will have a prayer vigil with texts from St John Paul II and animated with music on Friday 22nd October at 7.30pm all are welcome!
St Therese Prayer Vigil
Come and join us for a night of prayer in honour of St Therese of Lisieux. Office of Vigils at 8pm followed by a prayer vigil at 9pm.
May Procession
Come and join us as we end this month of Mary with a Procession to her grotto at the top of the enclosure garden.
The procession will take place directly after the 11am Sunday Mass.

There will be a prayer vigil in the Church at 8pm, followed by the Pentecost Vigil Mass at 9pm. All are welcome!

Let us ask God to pour out the great graces of His mercy upon the whole world!
This prayer was given by Jesus to St Faustina, a polish nun, and was made a feast day in the Church by St Pope John Paul II.

Christian unity week
This week Christians throughout the world gather together to pray for unity. All are invited to come and pray with us, especially each evening at vespers. This is a time of prayer where the psalms are sung, scripture is read and intercessions are prayed.
During this week of prayer for unity the time of intercessions at vespers will be open to all to participate in offering their intentions to the Lord.
Vespers begins at 6pm, except for thursdays when it is at 5.45pm, and on saturdays when we pray in solitude.
New Year’s Eve Mass
Come and join us for a Mass of thanksgiving to end this year and begin the next.
Mass will begin at 10pm and there will be prayer until midnight.
