Part of our monastic tradition is to live from the work of our hands. Our life of poverty encourages us to use our creative skills to sustain the needs of our community.
Here in Lynton we make icons, pottery, liturgical linen, homemade jams, calligraphy, cards, natural soap.
The community has also recorded two CD’s, one of monastic chant and one of songs composed by the sisters.
Our craft work is for sale at the convent, in the afternoons, and can also be ordered by email requests.
